Local comedian and activist, N.A. Poe from the Panic Hour and tv host Adam Kokesh from Adam vs. the Man are sitting in a fedeal detention center in Philadelphia right now for their participation in a pro-cannabis rally and civil disobedience action at Independence Mall. They are charged with resisting arrest and impeding the duties of a federal park ranger.  All because they spoke out against our failed drug war.
